What is the Celes Return Policy?

  • All returns are processed via the celes website.
  • All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in resalable condition, except for manufacturer defects.
  • All merchandise returned after 30 days from the original date of purchase will receive a credit for the full purchase price on the receipt.
  • After 30 days, merchandise are non-refundable.
  • If you believe there is a manufacturer’s defect in an item, please contact Customer Care.

How do I return or exchange something that I purchased from Celes?

You’re welcome to mail the item back to Celes. Begin the return or exchange process via the Celes website. Once we receive your item(s) we will process your request for an exchange or return. Please allow up to 7 business days from the date we receive the package for processing. You will receive a confirmation email when your exchanged item(s) has been shipped or return has been processed. Credit/debit card refunds can take 3 to 5 business days to reflect on your statement.

How are refunds given?

Refunds will be received in the original form of payment.

How long will it take to process my return?

Once your package is received by us, please allow up to 7 business days for the exchange or refund to be processed.
