How long will it take to process my return?

Once your package is received by us, please allow up to 7 business days for the exchange or refund to be processed.


What is the Celes Return Policy?


·         All returns (refunds or exchanges) must be accompanied by the original receipt.

·         All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in resalable condition, except for manufacturer defects.

·         All merchandise returned after 30 days from the original date of purchase will receive a credit for the full purchase price on the receipt.

·         After 90 days, all merchandise returned will receive credit for current retail or lowest promotional price.

·         If you believe there is a manufacturer’s defect in an item, please contact Customer Care.

·         All returns (refunds or exchanges) without a receipt will receive credit for current retail or lowest promotional price.


How are refunds given?

Refunds will be received in the original form of payment.


How do I return or exchange something that I purchased from Celes?

You’re welcome to mail the item back to Celes. If you’d like to ship your order back to Celes please fill out the information on the back of your invoice. Once we receive your item(s) we will process your request for an exchange or return. Please allow up to 7 business days from the date we receive the package for processing. You will receive a confirmation email when your exchanged item(s) has been shipped or return has been processed. Credit/debit card refunds can take 3 to 5 business days to reflect on your statement.
